- April 28, 2015
10:30 am - 1:00 pm
You’re Invited to the
“IL-AFAA Central Region – Kickoff Presentation / Meeting”
When: April 28th, 2015
10:30am – 1:00pm (Sign-In @ 10:30am)
Lunch Included
Where: Peoria Next Innovation Center – 801 W. Washington St. – Peoria, IL. 61606
Parking available in rear of building, off of Orange St.
Why: The Automatic Fire Alarm Association is committed to influencing codes and standards at all levels, to make buildings safer through the proper application of automatic fire detection and fire alarm systems. While our organization has had an Illinois chapter for a while now, representation outside of the Chicagoland area has been lacking. We would like to expand our membership and participation, and allow those in Central Illinois to have a larger voice in the organization, and the industry as a whole. At the same time, we intend to offer similar training and industry networking opportunities to those interested, and will be hosting similar meetings in various other communities throughout Central Illinois in the future. We look forward to meeting you, and having you share your thoughts about the direction(s) our industry should take.
